A BODY has been found in Sauchie last week, police confirmed.
The death is being treated as unexplained but there are no suspicious circumstances, officers explained after they received reports of the body of a man found near Main Street in the town at around 10am on Wednesday, January 25.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of the body of a 59-year-old man having been found near Main Street in Sauchie around 10am on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
“The death is being treated as unexplained, however there are no suspicious circumstances.
“A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
