A WARNING has been issued over fake £20 notes in Clackmannanshire.
The Forth Valley Police Division has said a number of them have been recovered at several shops in and around the county -- particularly in the Hillfoots.
Enquiries in relation to this are ongoing.
The notes are said to be of poor quality and the division is asking anyone with the relevant equipment, such as pens or scanners, to check them to avoid being "out of pocket".
Any information in relation to this can be reported to police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
